Every shipment is professionally crated and includes comprehensive insurance to protect your equipment during transit. Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours. Due to the significant weight of commercial refrigeration and sinks, units are shipped via specialized heavy-duty freight. Standard delivery is curbside; however, white-glove delivery (inside placement and packaging removal) is available in many regions to ensure your equipment is handled with the highest level of care.

- Standard 1 & 6 Warranty: All new AFE units come standard with a 1-year parts and labour warranty and a 6-year compressor warranty.
- Extended 2 & 8 Warranty: Customers have the option to upgrade their coverage to an industry-leading 2-year parts and labour and 8-year compressor warranty for ultimate long-term peace of mind.
Service & Support
Warranty service is coordinated through Ancaster’s dedicated internal service department. For refurbished True® units, Ancaster dispatches True® certified technicians or authorized local partners to your facility. For the new AFE line, technical support and parts are managed directly from the Brantford warehouse, ensuring rapid response times. Users benefit from an extensive in-stock inventory of OEM parts, minimizing downtime for your business.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon the unit being installed on a dedicated circuit with proper ventilation. For all refrigeration equipment, the unit must sit upright and unplugged for 24 hours after delivery to allow refrigerant gases to settle; failure to follow this protocol can cause compressor failure and void the warranty. Coverage excludes wear-and-tear items (light bulbs, gaskets, glass) and damage from power surges or improper maintenance. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only.
