The NHPL-1836C-DGT features a dual proof/heat digital thermostatic control, allowing for precise temperature management. In proof mode, it maintains an ideal environment of 95% relative humidity at 110°F, perfect for dough. In heat mode, it can reach a maximum temperature of 180°F, making it an excellent holding cabinet for keeping prepared foods hot and ready to serve. The easy-to-read LED digital display and temperature sensor provide accurate monitoring at a glance. For added convenience and safety, the control drawer is completely removable for easy cleaning and maintenance, and the unit includes overcurrent protection.

With a generous capacity to hold up to thirty-five 18" x 26" sheet pans, this cabinet can handle high-volume demands. The clear lexan door offers excellent visibility of the contents without needing to open it, helping to maintain internal temperatures. Winholt offers a 1-year limited parts and labour warranty on most professional equipment from the original date of purchase (not to exceed 18 months from the date of shipment).
