Because these units contain sensitive high-voltage magnetrons, digital touchscreens, and precision convection fans, they are shipped via specialized freight or standard parcel services depending on the model size. Every shipment is professionally packaged and insured to protect the stainless steel chassis and internal components from damage during transit. Standard shipping ensures these essential high-volume tools reach restaurants, convenience stores, and institutional kitchens across Canada efficiently.

Warranty

Celcook offers different levels of protection depending on the technology and complexity of the equipment.

High-Speed Ovens (Celcook-by-Pratica)

The specialized high-speed ventless ovens, such as the Rocket Express and Fit Express series, are backed by an enhanced manufacturer warranty:

• 1-Year Parts and Labour Warranty covering manufacturer defects and pre-approved labour.
• 2-Year Extended Parts Warranty on critical components, including heating elements, magnetrons, and the blower motor.
  To validate this warranty, the unit must be registered with Celco Inc. within 30 days of installation.

Commercial Microwaves

Celcook commercial microwaves (such as the CEL and CCM series) generally carry a robust 3-year limited warranty:

• 3-Year Limited Warranty providing coverage for manufacturing defects.
• Typically, this includes full parts and labour coverage in the first year, with extended parts-only coverage for the magnetron tube in years two and three.
  This protection ensures that operators have reliable support for high-cycle environments like fast-food outlets and breakrooms.

Service & Support

Warranty and technical service are managed directly through Celco Inc.’s national service network, headquartered in Mississauga. Because a down oven can stall a kitchen's workflow, Celco provides dedicated technical support to assist with troubleshooting and immediate service dispatch. For standard commercial ovens, service is performed on-site at your facility. To initiate a claim, users must have their model and serial number ready. Using authorized technicians and genuine Celcook OEM parts is mandatory to maintain the validity of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the unit being operated and maintained according to the provided instructions. Specific exclusions include:

• Cleaning & Filter Maintenance: Damage resulting from grease buildup or failure to clean air filters is not covered. Daily cleaning of the oven cavity and filters is required.
• Operational Misuse: Damage caused by dry-firing (running the microwave empty) or using metal utensils that cause arcing in microwave models will void the warranty.
• Consumable Items: Coverage excludes items such as light bulbs, air filters, and removable ceramic or glass plates.
• Installation Errors: For high-speed ovens, improper electrical installation or placing the unit in a non-ventilated enclosure without required clearances may void the warranty.
• Commercial Use Only: Standard warranties apply to commercial and institutional installations only; residential use or unauthorized modifications will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Documentation: Freight damage is not a warranty issue and must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or repair claim.
