Shipping
All Tortilla Masters Equipment products ship free from their manufacturing facility in Houston (Katy), Texas, USA. As the creator of the world’s first NSF and ETL certified tabletop corn tortilla machine, Tortilla Masters produces highly specialized, heavy-duty equipment like the Ventura Flex. Because these machines are constructed with solid stainless steel frames and precision-engineered motors, they are significant in weight—the Ventura Flex alone weighs approximately 128 lbs. All units are professionally crated and fully insured to protect the internal chain drives and electronic components during international transit. Liftgate delivery is standard for all freight shipments to ensure the machine is safely offloaded at your facility.
Warranty
Standard 1-Year Protection
Tortilla Masters Equipment provides a robust manufacturer warranty that supports their high-capacity production standards. The standard coverage includes:
- 1-Year Parts Warranty on all non-expendable components.
- 1-Year Labour Warranty for repairs performed by an authorized service location.
This warranty ensures that the gear-driven transmission, custom motor, and interlock safety systems are free from defects in material and workmanship. To maintain the validity of this coverage, the unit must be registered with Tortilla Masters within 30 days of purchase and used in accordance with the manufacturer's operational manual.
Made in the USA Quality
Because these machines are manufactured in Texas with high-grade American materials, they are designed for longevity in high-volume environments (producing up to 840 tortillas per hour). The warranty reflects this industrial build quality, focusing on the core mechanical integrity of the machine. Technical support and training resources, including video troubleshooting, are available directly from the factory to assist with initial setup and operational mastery.
Service & Support
Warranty and technical service are coordinated through a network of authorized service providers. Because the Ventura Flex is a specialized tabletop unit, service can often be handled via technical support calls or on-site visits depending on your location and the nature of the issue. To facilitate a claim, you must provide the model and serial number. Using authorized technicians and genuine Tortilla Masters OEM parts is mandatory to keep the warranty in good standing and ensure the machine continues to meet NSF and ETL sanitation and safety standards.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover preventative maintenance or user error. Specific exclusions include:
- Expendable Wear Parts: Tortilla cutters, metal straps, conveyor belts, rollers, and wire tensioners are considered wear items and are not covered.
- Improper Cleaning: Damage caused by "hosing down" the machine, pressure washing, or using bleach-based cleaners will void the warranty.
- Water & Electrical Damage: Damage resulting from improper electrical supply or exposure to excess water is not covered.
- Commercial Use Only: The warranty is void if the equipment is installed in a residential setting or modified without factory authorization.
Freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or repair claim.
