Lamber CC00127 Casier Lave-Vaisselle 25 Verres 39,4 x 39,4 cm

Shipping
- Fulfillment Hubs: Lamber equipment is fulfilled through Eurodib’s central operations. While the main inventory is held in Boucherville, a significant volume of "ship-ready" units is staged in Mississauga to provide rapid coverage for Ontario and Western Canadian markets.
- Lead Times: Standard in-stock models, such as the DSP4 or F92 series, are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. For high-capacity flight-type machines or specialized industrial units not held in domestic stock, international lead times from the Italian factory generally range from 8 to 12 weeks.
- Logistics and Crating: Because dishwashers contain sensitive electronic control boards, internal plumbing, and stainless steel housing, all units are professionally crated and secured to reinforced skids for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight.
Warranty
- Standard Coverage: New Lamber commercial dishwashers carry a 1-year limited parts and labour warranty from the original date of purchase.
- Component Integrity: The warranty covers mechanical and electronic parts, including wash pumps, heating elements, and digital control boards, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial usage.
- Professional Installation: To maintain valid coverage, the machine must be installed by a qualified technician according to the factory-provided plumbing and electrical specifications.
- Service Coordination: Warranty claims and technician dispatches are managed through Eurodib’s service department, which coordinates with authorized regional partners across Canada.
Service & Support
- Authorized Technicians: Technical service and warranty repairs are performed by a national network of factory-authorized providers who are trained in Lamber’s specific wash-cycle programming and high-temperature booster technology.
- Parts Availability: A comprehensive inventory of genuine OEM replacement parts—including wash arms, thermostats, solenoid valves, and peristaltic pump hoses—is maintained at the Mississauga and Boucherville hubs, as well as through Parts Town Canada.
- Technical Consultations: Support is available to assist operators with ensuring proper installation requirements, including the specific water pressure (typically 20-25 PSI) and electrical configurations necessary for high-temperature sanitization.
Exceptions and Exclusions
- Water Quality Requirements: Damage resulting from scale buildup or mineral deposits due to hard water is a primary exclusion. The use of a professional-grade water softener is required if water hardness exceeds 6 grains (approx. 100 ppm) to maintain warranty validity.
- Maintenance Neglect: Standard maintenance, such as daily cleaning of filters and weekly descaling, is the responsibility of the owner. Failures caused by a lack of basic hygiene or grease buildup in the pump are not covered.
- Improper Utilities: Failures caused by incorrect electrical voltage, power surges, or improper drainage and plumbing connections are explicitly excluded from coverage.
- Consumables: Wearable items such as door gaskets, pump seals, and chemical squeeze tubes are classified as maintenance items and are generally not covered under the primary warranty beyond the initial setup phase.
- Freight Damage: Any damage sustained during transportation is a freight matter. Visible damage to the unit must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery to facilitate a claim with the logistics provider.
