For standard commercial units, service is performed on-site; however, compact or light-duty units may be subject to a carry-in warranty at an authorized service depot.

Exceptions et exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the unit being operated and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Specific exclusions include:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Damage resulting from grease buildup or failed air filters is not covered. Daily cleaning of the cavity and filters is required.
• Operational Misuse: Damage caused by "dry-firing" (running the oven empty) or using metal utensils that cause arcing will void the warranty.
• Prohibited Environments: The warranty is void if the equipment is installed in a prison or correctional facility, unless specifically authorized.
