Smaller units may be shipped via standard parcel services, while multi-tank dispensers and high-capacity slush machines are shipped via specialized freight. Every shipment includes comprehensive insurance to ensure your investment is protected from the factory to your counter. Liftgate delivery is available to assist with larger models during the offloading process.

• 1 Year Parts and Labour Warranty on the entire unit.
• 3 Years Parts Warranty on the compressor.

This warranty protects the critical cooling components, including the forced air-cooled hermetic compressors and specialized mixing systems, ensuring your beverage program runs smoothly in high-demand environments.

Service et soutien

Warranty service for Cofrimell is managed through Eurodib’s extensive Canadian service network. Following Eurodib’s standard policy, units weighing more than 75 lbs qualify for on-site service by an authorized technician. For lighter countertop dispensers under 75 lbs, the unit must be brought to an authorized warranty service location for repair. To initiate a claim, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using authorized technicians and genuine OEM parts is required to maintain the validity of your warranty.

Exceptions et exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon the equipment being used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For beverage dispensers, it is essential to use approved mixes and maintain regular cleaning protocols for the bowls, gaskets, and dispensing taps. Damage resulting from improper water quality, incorrect electrical supply, or failure to clean the condenser filter is not covered. Coverage excludes consumable wear parts such as O-rings, seals, and gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or unauthorized modifications will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after the point of delivery is not covered.
