Every shipment includes comprehensive shipping insurance at no additional cost to protect your investment during transit. Due to the high-precision mechanical components and weight of these professional juicing systems, units are shipped via specialized freight. Liftgate and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada to ensure your equipment is handled with care from the warehouse to your facility. Note: Lead times for Zummo equipment may vary based on model availability and custom configurations; please contact ChefStop for the most current delivery estimates.
Garantie standard
Zummo equipment is backed by an industry-leading manufacturer warranty that reflects the durability of their EVS (Efficient Vertical System) technology. Most juicer models include a 3-year parts and labour warranty. For added peace of mind, customers can often extend this protection to a total of 5 years (3+2) by registering their product directly with the manufacturer shortly after purchase.
Service et soutien
Warranty service is coordinated through Zummo’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Registration of the unit within 30 days of installation is highly recommended to validate the warranty commencement date and ensure access to technical support.
Exceptions et exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and strict adherence to daily cleaning and maintenance protocols. "Wearable parts," such as squeezing kits, peel ejectors, blades, and gaskets, are excluded from the standard warranty as they require periodic replacement. Damage resulting from improper fruit sizing, use of non-approved cleaning chemicals, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or unauthorized technical tampering will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
